Concerning GDPR
ScanArc wants to inform its customers about the new EU Regulation, the GDPR, which will enter into force on May 25th. This regulation supersedes the former Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) and defines how we treat personal data.
ScanArc collects and processes personal data regarding the client’s representatives for the legitimate interest in being able to enter into and fulfill the agreement with the customer.
